Description

Elf Owls are the tiniest owl in the world and are found in the southern border of the US and into Mexico. They nest in natural tree cavities and woodpecker holes in the giant Saguaro cacti. They find safety and sanctuary in these giant cacti while they raise their young before heading south for the winter.
